I like

Great melodic content with a funky little beat. All it really needs is a bit more of a bassline, though your kick drum has a nice thump.

Sitcom, no...

Sounds like an intro for one of those crappy primetime dramas back in the 90s.
Throw some non-sensical lyrics over it and you could bring back Ally McBeal or something Lol.

Wow...

Amazing! You can write the exact same song that flock of seagulls made in the 80s!

Well...

I can definitely say you put much more effort into yours than I mine. I get bored after a few hours and move onto something else.

As for the song, great stuff! I can hear all five days of effort in this track, especially in the percussion. Well done here

thank you sooo much for the great review! it turned out near perfectly in my opinion!

Oh yeah...

This is horror movie material

I was listening to a lot of White Zombie when I did this actually haha

Fuck yeah!

That is fucking brutal...

Funky fresh

I love the way this sounds like it's being spun by a DJ at a block party in the late 80s. The little thing at 1:17 is pretty damn cool and gives the track kind of an old school breakbeat feel. Love all the sounds and the birds chirping is definitely a nice touch.

Thanks.
I'm glad it gave you that "DJ block party" feel. I think it's cool that you felt that way about it.

Very Nice

I wish I would have played this one instead

LoopDaLoop responds:

Haha, thanks yo!
Why dont you do it? Your the music man right?

Sounds really good

Even if it is a little light on the bass. It makes up for it on the drums (really nice work on getting that almost spastic feeling in the drum track!) and the high notes sound really cool and resonant. I can't tell if you use any loops or multis but if you do, you can find a really nice collection of them at http://www.musicradar.com/news/tech/s ampleradar-328-free-drum-n-bass-sampl es-222244
I use them all the time for genres outside of DnB.

Nice work overall,

Thankyou thankyou.
No loops on this track. Also, thankyou for the link to the samples, I'll check those out and add them to my collection. I've been looking for new drum stuff to incorporate for a while now, so those loops are right up my ally.

Good beat

I really like the beat, it's nice and busy yet still clear enough to hear all the parts. And the individual reverbs and delays on specific drum hits adds a really nice touch, The kick drum does a good job of providing some thump but I can't help but think it could use a proper bassline. Nice work though

buyj3llo responds:

thankyou thankyou.
I'm glad to see that those individual reverbs and delays did their intended job.
